Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products

Digital revision notes in PDF for aircraft maintenance licence exams. The content of each product is described on its page. The notes are a study aid and do not guarantee success at an exam.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included where VAT applies. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Order and payment

Your order is final once payment is accepted. Payment is taken at checkout by the methods offered (card and others provided by Shopify Payments). We send an order confirmation by email.

5. Delivery

The files are available for download immediately after payment, and the link is also sent by email.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, you ask at checkout for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this right once the download has started. Whatever happens, our 14-day refund promise applies: email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full.

7. Licence

You receive a personal licence to use the files for your own study. Sharing, reselling or publishing them is prohibited.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

9. Complaints and disputes

Write first to lockwirenotes@gmail.com: we answer within 48 hours. These terms are governed by French law; as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
