Our products are digital files (PDF), delivered by download right after payment. Nothing is shipped.

14-day refund promise

Not happy with your notes? Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No form, no justification needed.

How to ask for a refund

Write to lockwirenotes@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

For digital content supplied immediately, you ask at checkout for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your legal right of withdrawal once the download has started. Until then, you can withdraw within 14 days. Our 14-day refund promise above applies in every case, even after download.

Errors in the notes

If you find an error, tell us. We correct it and send you the updated file for free.
