Lockwire is operated by AVYX GROUP, SASU, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (RCS Paris 999 342 033), which is the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect
- The details you give at checkout: name, email address, billing address and country.
- Payment details are handled by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and others offered at checkout). We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data when you browse (device, browser, pages visited), through cookies.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To process your order and deliver your files (performance of the contract).
- To answer your questions and handle refunds (performance of the contract).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To measure our advertising and tell you about new modules, only if you agree (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store: Shopify (hosting, checkout, delivery of files), payment providers, and, if you accept marketing cookies, advertising platforms such as Meta. We never sell your data. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data: as long as French accounting law requires (10 years). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent. Email lockwirenotes@gmail.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or to your national data protection authority.
