This page explains what personal data Lockwire collects when you visit the store or buy from it, and how it is used.

What we collect

The details you give at checkout: name, email address, billing address and country.
Payment details are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data when you browse (device, browser, pages visited), through cookies.

Why we use it

To process your order and send you your files.
To answer your questions and handle refunds.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
With your consent only: to measure our ads and tell you about new modules. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment providers and, if you accept marketing cookies, advertising platforms such as Meta. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as accounting law requires. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its use: email lockwirenotes@gmail.com. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
